Other highlights of my dance career were working with Susan Marshall and Mikhail Baryshnikov’s White Oak Dance Project. I have mainly studied Vinyasa style yoga, which speaks to the dancer in me. In 2006 I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Satya Yoga Studio to become a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. In 1995, I became a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist. In my bodywork practice I utilize a number of modalities with a strong focus on Craniosacral Therapy.
